For over 15 years, I’ve devoted my practice to helping people find relief, balance, and a renewed connection between their body, mind, and spirit.


At The Centre Pointe, I combine evidence-based therapeutic massage techniques with mindful awareness, creating a space where your system can truly rest and realign.


Each session is guided by presence, breath, and intention. This means no two treatments are the same — because no two people, or even two days, are alike. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from physical strain, or simply looking for a quiet moment to exhale, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help your body do what it already knows how to do: heal.


My work often weaves together modalities such as Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage, with supportive elements like breathwork, hot stones, and aromatherapy when needed. It’s an integrative approach that honors the connection between physical tension and emotional holding — a practice that helps clients feel lighter, more centered, and more at ease in their own skin.
